Volume 1

Prologue

I’m the only one who knows the secret of the perfect, neat, and tidy chairperson who lives under one roof.

Everyone will tell you that there is no such thing as perfection in this world. Even so, for me, she – Svetlana Kurokawa – was a near-perfect person.

Svetlana Kurokawa. She is a high school sophomore who, like me, attends Higashi Ashihara High School.

As her name suggests, she is half Japanese and half Eastern European, with a handsome face that is not too deeply chiseled, a well-styled body, and long, lustrous platinum blonde hair.

In addition to her appearance, she is also an outstanding student and continues to boast overwhelmingly and unwaveringly at the top of her class at this high school, which is renowned as one of the best preparatory schools in the prefecture.

She also takes the initiative to run for the position of the class committee chairperson, a position that no one else wants to do, and one that is troublesome but offers little return, and her diligent work ethic has earned her the respect of not only her classmates but also her teachers.

She was a girl with such a heaping helping of specs. She was too far away from me, an ordinary high school boy with nothing special about him.

……So, I still can’t accept this situation in any reality.

“…. Tak-kun….?”

Svetlana Kurokawa is lying down in the hallway of my house in the middle of the night in her nightgown. Her usual calm but the innocent appearance has been replaced by the bizarre situation where she is looking up at me with tearful eyes, trembling like a small animal. …… How can I recognize this as reality?

…… How in the world did this happen? To tell the story, we would first have to go back in time to yesterday’s phase.
